It also has reverse cycle A/C, overhead fan. A queen size bed and Sofa Bed can Sleep2 adults and up to 2 children. Lounge chairs, wardrobe, bedside lamps plus small dining table and chairsare included. A small kitchenette with fridge, cooking appliances and cutlery. Self contained bathroom and laundry with Washing Machine are included in an adjacent room. Secure Parking is available outside the entry doorway. A Bus stop is at end of driveway giving access to Garden City shopping complex and to Brisbane CBD. The local shopping centre with Cafes and Supermarket is 5 minutes from the house. The Gold coast is accessible by the M1 and takes about 45 minutes by car. Brisbane international and domestic Airport is 25 minutes drive away. A local park with duck pond, childrens playground and sports club with walking paths is 10 minutes from the house.
