The Canal metro station (Line 3) is 6 minutes away If you want to go for a walk in the city, Gran Vía is 23 minutes away, so from there you can visit many other important areas such as Sol or the Plaza Mayor. - Other information In the apartment you will find a small guide of Madrid in which I have included recommendations of the area to enjoy the city as someone who lives here (places you can not miss, bars, restaurants, theaters). The bathroom includes a basic toilet kit (shampoo, body wash, clean washbasin towel, hair dryer). The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home: hob for cooking, fridge, washing machine, flat screen TV and free wifi - THE AREA Chamberí is recognized as the traditional neighborhood in the heart of Madrid, keeping the architectural heritage of the aristocracy. It is known as one of the most attractive gastronomic areas of the city, so if you love tapas and good food this is your neighborhood. In addition, its architecture is worthy of making a special mention, as well as the cultural spaces that survive especially thanks to the population that continues to go to the theater or to see a good exhibition. The apartment is walking: • 7 minutes from Gregorio Marañón. • 8 minutes from the Sorolla Museum. • 23 minutes from Gran Vía and the Temple of Debod. • 27 minutes from the Puerta del Sol or the Royal Palace of Madrid. Includes high speed WiFi (fiber optic), HD TV, towels and sheets. GUIDELINE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL: We will welcome you in the apartment you booked from 15:00 to 21:00 pm. Let us know the time of your arrival with 24 hours in advance to organize the check-in and guarantee availability. Before your arrival we will need to verify your data to comply with local laws, as well as sing the relevant contract, essential for the delivery of keys. If you arrive before 15:00 pm, you can leave your lugagge for free in our HOLPLACE office in Plaza Mayor located in Calle Fresa 1, 28012 Madrid (metro SOL), or you can request an early check-in for 25 euros. Both services depend on availability, ask us! For arrivals after 21:30 pm, you can pick up the keys of your apartment in our exterior locker rooms located in the storefront of our HOLPLACE office in Plaza Mayor. - CANCELLATION. For cancellations more than 30 days before the date of entry, 70% of the money paid will be refunded. For cancellations more than 15 days in advance, 50% of the money paid will be refunded. There will be no refund of any amount for cancellations with less than 15 days.
