Chronis Family Villas

Chronis Family villa was built from Dr Takakis at 1914. From 1928 till 1958 it serves as the local police station and is linked with the modern history of Crete. The property was bought by the father of the current owner. The first renovation took place on 1995 and the second on 2020. This is a stone built house with tiled roof a large garden and private parking space. The property is a sample of Neoclassical architecture, perfect for couples, families or group of friends. The house is divided in two independent apartments and can accommodate up to 10 people. The ground floor apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, living room area with TV and dinning table and bathroom with shower. Its wooden ceiling highlights the traditional character of the property. The kitchen is equipped with stove and hot plates and refrigerator. We also provide a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. We offer our guests all appliances and equipment necessary to cook a delicious meal after a long day of exploring the island and its beaches. Even though the house is in the center of the village, its high garden wall provide the necessary privacy so our guests can enjoy the garden and still being within walking distance from mini markets, taverns and coffee shops. The first floor apartment consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. The first bedroom offers a double bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and equipment necessary to cook a delicious meal after a long day of exploring the island and its beaches. This unit offers also a living room with TV and a small balcony from where you can enjoy views of the village. Both apartments have AC units Wifi is available for our guests free of charge
