Enjoy a lovely holiday in this cozy cabin at Talgje, the island most south in Ryfylke and only half an hour drive from Stavanger via mainland connection Finnfast. The cabin has a spectacular location on a south facing sea plot with a large terrace and its own pier. The view towards the fjord is lovely, so here everything is set for long days outside. The plot the cabin is placed on is large and with a lot of space for the whole family. The cabin has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room where the meals during your holiday can be enjoyed together. Talgje is othervise well known for its rich fauna with wild flowers and plants. The area also has a rich animal life with deer and sea eagles that you can see from the cabin. If you like to spend most of your time in- and close to the water, it is nice dive and fishing opportunities here. It is also possible to rent a kayakk. Close to the cabin os a frisbeegolf-court. The island has a lot of history, with marks after both the viking ages and Iron age. It is possible to go on guided tour arount the island and to the church from 1100`s. Filolen child park with lama, sheep, donkey, calf and reindeer is a nice place to visit for the kids. Talgje is also a perfect starting point for exiting trips to nature attractions such as Prekestolen, Lysefjorden and Kjeragbolten.
