With 1230 sq. ft of clean, open, charming, and sun-lit area, your apartment with 2 BDRMs and 1 Bath is located on the first floor of the Duplex. Both the bedrooms have Queen Size Beds. We have furnished the beds with Memory Foam mattress for a peaceful sleep after a long day of City Tour. Both the Bedrooms have Smart Keypad locks which automatically lock the door immediately after you enter or exit the room for added security. Only you would have the password combination to unlock the Bedroom doors. Your private Bathroom has a Standing Shower stall, Hot water, blow dryer and a couple of fresh towels for your exclusive use. Guests staying below your floor shall be accessing the stairway area that goes through the hallway area of the first floor of the Duplex to reach their floor and you will occasionally see the basement floor guests while they access the stairs. The kitchen on your floor is also shared between the two floors. There is a High Quality Fold out Mattress under the bed in the Second Bedroom which can be laid out for extra guests. If you plan on using the Fold Out Mattress, please let us know prior to your check-in so that we can stock up the apartment with extra bed linen and pillow for the mattress.
