The company covers an area of ​​20 hectares and was born from the recovery of some of the "noble" branch of the Zini family, of which the owners are descendants. The architectural and agricultural recovery began in 2008 by Alessandra and Sebaudin after a 40-year abandonment. The rural part of the mezzanine houses, the stables, the barns and the huts (rooms where the chestnuts were dried) have been restored by preserving the original materials and structure and have been farmhouses and rooms and apartments to accommodate the tourists.
