It is ideal for families, couples or friends and sleeps up to four guests. It features quiet off road private parking directly in front of the cottage. Mondon Holiday Cottage is a two bedroomed bungalow and will literally be your home from home during your stay. The interior of the self catering bungalow offers a fully equipped open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area with UK and French TV/DVD player plus free Wifi. There is also a cosy wood burning stove. The frontage of the cottage has a bistro seating area for you to sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst absorbing the fantastic countryside ambiance. You also have access to a secure rear garden that features a decked bbq and sun terrace area with table and chairs and sun loungers. The village is surrounded by open countryside, lakes, forests and rivers, yet the nearest small town with all the amenities is only 2km away. For the larger supermarkets there is La Souterraine. It also offers fabulous views overlooking the lovely leisure Lake Mondon and within walking distance of 2 restaurants and an open air swimming pool, tennis court and poolside bar. Throughout the summer there are fetes, night markets selling local produce, music festivals and brocantes all held locally. The cottage is only a 10 minute drive from Junction 22 off the A20.
