Ground floor: Large bright living room of 36 m2 with open kitchen and dining room; Bathroom with large corner bath and 2 sinks; Independent WC. Upstairs: open bedroom of 15 m2 with a 160x200 cm bed, wardrobe and storage space, and an 8 m2 office space. Garden of 76 m2 independent and closed, with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs at your disposal! You can also enjoy the large garden, and the ping pong table! Bed sheets and linens are provided. Coffee and tea are at your disposal to start the day well! You will have an exclusive high speed internet connection. Sheltered and secure location for bicycles possible. The house is on our property, so we will have to live with respect for each other (and neighbors!) Having said that, we will always be happy to help if you come knocking on our door:) We do not accept pets. The house is non-smoking, you will find an ashtray at your disposal outside. A parking space is available in front of the property. No possibility of access for people with reduced mobility. AROUND: The property is located in the village of Desmonts, a small, simple and charming village, in the Gâtinais regional natural park. Surrounded by fields, meadows and woods, this is the ideal place for nature lovers.
