Björkvik Hammarnäs is situated in a beautiful location in Storsjön and is an ideal place for those who need a lot of space to relax with the family or want to experience nature. Your day starts with a beautiful view of the mountains and the water. After breakfast, you can take the boat for a rowing trip or fishing. From July to September you will find mushrooms and berries in the forest. Hammarnär exudes peace and tranquillity, the farm is secluded but offers enchanting views. There is very little traffic on the streets. The home has everything you need to enjoy your holiday with family or with friends. The kitchen is large and welcoming, the heated conservatory allows you to get close to nature. Wireless Internet is available throughout the house. You will also find swings and a sandpit. The water and the jetty are just 50 metres away. You can also visit the museum or the summer cafe located just 10 minutes away. If you want to take part in several recreational activities or go shopping, you can travel westward to Åre, which is the centre for mountain biking and paragliding in Sweden. A ride to the summit of Åreskutan in the cableway is highly recommended. If you travel eastward for an hour you will reach Östersund where you will find good restaurants and shopping centres.
