Gite adjoining the owners' house, located a stone's throw from the Canal de la Martinière and halfway between the sea and Nantes (about 20 min by car). Private south-facing terrace with a view of the 1500 m² enclosed owners' garden. Outbuilding available for grilling over a wood fire. Available: 4 sun loungers, table football and 2 adult bikes (for children on request). Single storey: living room / living room with sofa bed (140x190) and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190), shower room / wc. Equipment: freezer compartment, WiFi access, DVD player, complete baby equipment (2 cots, 2 high chairs, bathtub), tumble dryer shared with the owners.
