Welcome to the new 27m2 apartment on the ground floor with its own entrance. It is quietly located on the outskirts of the village, shops are nearby, parking space for your car in front of the door in the carport. Peiting-Ost train station is a 10-minute walk away. You speak english? No problem - I am looking forward to meeting you! The small but cleverly designed apartment offers a cloakroom in the entrance area, shower / toilet, living room / bedroom, kitchenette (plus microwave) and a bunk for 1 or 2 people. The bunk is accessible by stairs. Alternatively, you can sleep on the sofa bed. From the living room there is access to the covered wooden terrace with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the peace in summer.
