Ardingly Tiny House S
Woodend
Summary: A beautiful place to rest and recharge or base yourselves to explore the Macedon Ranges. Walkable distance to the stunning views of the Hanging Rock. Wildlife abounds with kangaroos, kookaburra and the occasional koala. A relaxed take on small farm life, surrounded by wineries, breweries and historic country towns. The property is 5 ½ acres running on permaculture principles and has dairy goats, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl and cats, and the surrounding fields have horses and alpacas. The tiny house is situated in a private spot in the backfield. Hanging Rock’s reflection in the dams or turning red at sunset is a sight to behold. The Space: Our tiny house is eco-friendly and solar powered. It offers guests a comfortable stay with its well-equipped kitchenette and an indoor pot bellied stove / fireplace to keep you warm during winters. There is a queen sized bed up in the loft and a couch on the ground floor. It sleeps 2 people comfortably. Cooking your meals in the house is easy and convenient as our kitchenette includes cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes and silverware, a portable gas cooker and a portable cooler fridge. Everything you need! As our tiny house runs on solar, you can charge small electronic devices like your handphone, but it’s best to conserve power as much as possible as the battery storage is limited. You won’t want to run out of power at night! Guest Access: On arrival, guests will drive through the owner’s residential property to the backfield and the Tiny House. Guests have access to the entire backfield, dams, and the side field where the chickens/goats reside. The Neighborhood: Rural setting with farms and small acre lifestyle blocks.
