The 120 m² apartment stretches across one floor and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, fans, a safe, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The area offers several great hiking and cycling possibilities, with tracks across the scenic landscape and to the “Buchberg” mountain, which is 7 km from the property. In winter, there are even ski lifts within a 10-minute drive (9 km). Furthermore, the quaint old town centre of Nuremberg and the international airport are located a 75-minute drive (86 km) away, and the picturesque city of Regensburg is a one-hour drive (77 km) southwest of Schnaittenbach. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Up to 2 pets are allowed free of charge; more than 2 may be allowed on request.
