Open bright airy basement apartment

The basement apartment has a private separate outdoor entrance. It has 1 bedroom area with a full bed, desk with chairs and full private bathroom. The living area has a couch that can combine into a bed, smart TV with Roku. The kitchen is more like a small kitchenette (not full). The area has a refrigerator, microwave, large oven for roasting chicken or baking, a flat top electric griddle for making pancakes and eggs or other flat top portable stove options. There is also a small coffeemaker and some small kitchen utensils. We are the hosts and we live in the home on the top/main level. You have a completely private space to yourselves as a studio apartment to do as you please. There may be some light walking noises with my 5 year old daughter, but we are quiet and respectful. We have completely separate entrances and you have your private space downstairs. There is no a/c in the basement. There are fans to keep cooler in July and August. Parking is in front of the house next to the mailbox/street. This is a suburban residential quiet neighborhood. No pets.
