The kitchen has an open solution to the dining table so it easy to keep the good conversations going when one of you is preparing the dinner. Outside the holiday house there is a large terrace which is perfect to spend sunny days, as well as rainy days under the roof. In the garden, the children can play football and other outdoor games. From the outdoor area you have a nice view toward several mountains and waterfalls. For those interested in fishing, it is only 50 meters from the holiday house and to the river which offers nice fishing opportunities. There are also several good trout lakes in the area. You will also find several nice areas for hiking in the surrounding mountain area. Just a short drive from the holiday house you will find the water Låtevatnet and the famous Låtefossen waterfall. It is also a short drive to the small town of Odda, and the starting point for the spectacular Trolltunga is only half hour drive away. Road trips along the Hardangerfjord is recommended. In winter it is not far to Seljestad and Røldal which both offers ski slopes and several ski lifts. Do you want to go skiing in the summer too? Then Folgefonna summer ski center is worth a visit. Baroni Rosendal 1665, Mikkelparken, the glaciers Buarbreen and Bondhusbreen can also be recommended.
