In the south of Indre en Berry and near Limousin, at the gates of the Regional Natural Park of Brenne and 10 minutes from Lake Eguzon. Close to two of the most beautiful villages in France, Gargilesse-Dampierre and Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, but also to the green Venice of Berry, Argenton-sur-Creuse. You will be seduced by a beautiful property consisting of an independent house with a partially fenced garden of 4500m2 and its secure body of water (no fish). The cottage consists on the ground floor of a kitchen (old sheepfold) equipped with dining area and a wood stove, a living room with fireplace / insert (5 steps to access it), a bathroom water and an independent toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms, each made up of a 140 cm double bed and a water point in one of the bedrooms. From the landing, a few steps will lead you into a large bedroom / children's area made up of 4 single beds in alcove (80 cm bed). A table football is available for the family. You can enjoy a family meal on the private terrace or in the shade of the chestnut tree with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding countryside. You also have all the necessary baby equipment (high chair and cot). Electric heating (billing according to consumption). Parking on the property.
