Kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker. Bathroom with bath and double shower, and an independent WC. The living room opens onto a large terrace with shade sails where it is very pleasant to have lunch and dinner on hot summer days with a view of the swimming pool. Garden of 400m2 with private swimming pool heated and secured by a bar cover, with garden furniture and sun loungers available.
