8 km from Bergerac, in a village with shops, Bruno and Cathie will be delighted to welcome you in their villa on one level. Separate entrance, private parking, the villa, facing south, is fully equipped. Terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue are also available. A swing awaits your children! 2 separate rooms: the master bedroom with a bed 160x200, another bedroom with two single beds (90x190) which can be joined to form a king bed 2 places. A wardrobe in each room. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower: 120x80, sink, towel radiator, hair dryer. An ironing board and an iron are available. The main room consists of a living room: large sofa can be transformed into bed (140x200), a coffee table, a large flat screen TV, DVD player. The full kitchen all: a fridge-freezer, large oven, a microwave oven, a 4 burner gas, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. All crockery is scheduled for 6 people. The villa can be rented per night (90 € / night regardless of the number of occupants but maximum 6 people), week or month. Possibility to rent bed linen, toiletries. Opportunity to book your meals in dinner: 20 € / person (appetizer, main course, cheese and dessert). Wine is extra (to glass, the carage or bottle). Price 12 € / children under 12 years.
