Gîte Au Gué Chappée

In a family house of character in the center of a beautiful 5500 m² park with trees, near the pleasant little village of La Chapelle Aux Choux. Its location in the south of Sarthe puts it 35 minutes from the 24 hours of Le Mans circuit and as close as possible to the most beautiful castles of the Loire (Azay le Rideau, Villandry, Ambroise, Le Lude.), the ZOO de la Flèche (18mn). The environment is conducive to many walks in a remarkable forest. 19 bikes can be used, most of which are mountain bikes, ideal for our small paths. Hikes will allow you to discover the diversity of nature (flora, fauna, etc.) along the 4 municipal routes. The cottage is suitable for receiving groups of up to 15 people and more with suitable and complete interior equipment (1 satellite TV per room, WIFI available.) The park is secure for children who can play in peace (gantry, games and toys available, including scooters and small bikes). A furnished bowling green is always a joy around beautiful parties. Boat trips on the river Le Loir (located 500 meters from the gîte.) can be envisaged, as well as in a cart pulled by two magnificent percherons. For lovers of starry nights, there are long moments to spend in the park with your eyes fixed on your telescope. The cottage has been designed to accommodate families, groups of friends, athletes, nature lovers, work groups.
