The property is at the heart of the Finistère and is easily accessible from the major motorway axes. The beaches at Pentrez/St. Nic are also not far away. There are three holiday houses of different types and sizes (two terraced houses and one semi-detached house). One is more suitable for couples or small families, another for large families or groups of friends. The houses are regularly evaluated by the regional tourist board and have been classified as three-star. The enormous plot of land, with gardens and lawns, is partly for private use and partly shared. It has a boules area and children’s play equipment. One house has a private section of garden with garden furniture and a grill, the other two have a shared garden of 3500m². All guests can park their cars on the big asphalted interior courtyard. The property is conveniently located for a quiet and relaxed family holiday in the countryside, perfect for exploring Brittany and all its places of interest. The major motorway axes are not far away, as well as the large towns and the beaches at Pentrez/St Nic. The nearest shops and restaurants are in the town of Chateaulin about 5km away, where you can also find supermarkets and doctors. Spacious holiday house for six people, with a veranda and a private garden The terraced house is a longère, a typical house of this region, of around 120m² and with two floors for six people. It is very spacious and flooded with daylight, exuding charm and comfort. The ground floor has a big, light living room and a kitchen with a dining corner and access to the garden. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. You can make yourself comfortable in the living room on rocking chairs in front of the TV with satellite channels. From there, there are wooden stairs up to the first floor with three bedrooms. The largest has a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a cot (with space for a supplementary bed), the second has two single beds (90 x 190cm) and the third has a double bed (140 x 200cm). The house also has a big bathroom with a shower and bath (separate) and two separate WCs. There is oil central heating with radiators in all the rooms. Wireless Internet access is available. This holiday house has a veranda outdoors with garden furniture, as well as a private garden with a picnic table. Please note that all prices quoted for short or long stays in the summer season don't include heating. This has to be negotiated separately with the owner of the properties. This fact is mainly due to the large boilers installed in all objects. They are efficient but consume a lot of fuel and consequently the bills may be large. Usually the guests are advised to use blower heaters for a short period of time to get over the chilly evenings and mornings. If however, this proves to be inadequate, the central heating may be put on for a fee per week at the rate of ten hours a day.
