This house is just over a kilometre from nordre älv and Kornhall ferry that leads you to the central part of Hisingen in 15 minutes, where all the shops you can imagine are located. In kungälv it is only 10 kilometers and if you want to take a trip to Marstrand you go there in 30 minutes by car. The house is located high above ground and from parts of the patio you are completely protected. There are nice outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy. Below is a lovely lawn where you can play football, badminton or throw kubb. Inside the house there is a hall way into all the rooms. Directly to the left you will enter the living room which has an open floor plan. It features a sofa and tv and a cosy wood-burning stove to enjoy in front of. A balcony door leading out to the lovely patio. Directly adjacent is the kitchen, which has a dining table and chairs. A bright and lovely kitchen with windows to different directions. From the hall you can reach 2 of the house's bedrooms. In the first there are two single beds (120cm +80cm) that can be placed so there will be a double bed and in the second there is a single bed (90cm). Each room has a wardrobe. On the ground floor is also the bathroom, which has a toilet, sink and shower. Downstairs in the basement there is another bedroom that has a single bed (120cm). There is also a large laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and suspension facilities for bath towels and laundry. If you like to train, there is simpler equipment available to keep your body in shape. The area nearby invites you to walk, fishing both in both the river and the sea. Many excursions can be found nearby both golf courses, bird watching, beech forests, berries and mushroom picking. Enjoy the tranquility, experience big city, swim in the sea or just be.
