We are close to the airport and we are the best location base for those who want to stop by Porto de Galinhas, one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, or visit Recife Antigo, famous for its museums, the first Synagogue in the Americas. It is a rich space for culture, art and leisure. Walking through Recife Antigo is a unique experience, as you will be treading 500 years of history. HOW TO MOVE If you rent a car, there is a rotating garage location in the building; another option is to use taxi or Uber, which has proved to be an excellent option in Recife. We are very close to the “Via Mangue” Expressway, a modern road that connects Boa Viagem to “Recife Antigo”. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Boa Viagem beach has warm waters and you can bathe all year round, like all beaches in northeastern Brazil. However, a few years ago, due to the construction of the SUAPE Port, a port industrial complex located south of Recife, it affected the sea currents, impacting the ecological habitat of the region. Since then, shark attacks have occurred, mainly to surfers. Today, the beach is very signposted and it is recommended not to bathe in the sea when the tide is high. Luckily, the entire coast of Boa Viagem is surrounded by reefs, which makes bathing possible when the tide is low. In any case, we always recommend paying attention to the warning signs.
