The open plan living space features a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to get creative with cooking from home, a stylish sofa and SMART TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious bedrooms features a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen, large windows and storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use. If you need use of the sofa bed there will be a £20 fee. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the popular Leeds Road. A number of award winning restaurants as well as leisure complexes are all a short distance away. Local convenience stores as well as major supermarket chains can all be accessed within a 10 minute drive. Getting Around: Bradford interchange train station has access to all major UK stations and is just 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop on Killinghall road with buses to the centre every 5-10 minutes. Other Things to Note: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
