Delaware River Access, Cozy Hot Tub For Two, Pool

The cottage is the perfect adult only getaway; not suitable for children. It’s nestled high in the mountains less than 4 miles from town and is across the street from the Delaware River. It is located two miles from Kittatinny and Indian Head Canoes and close to hiking, skiing, biking, golfing, breweries, wineries, shopping, sightseeing and historic Milford, PA.  Enjoy the in-ground pool, hot tub for two, fire pit, outdoor games, hammock or fishing in the Delaware. Private river access is less than a two minute walk.   - Light, bright and airy best describes this newly renovated cottage. Inside, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen ready for them to cook the breakfast food provided, a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, electric fireplace, games and a getaway guide that includes information and discounts for local dining and activities. Outside, guests can enjoy a swim in the pool, soaking in the hot tub for two, sitting around the fire pit, playing corn hole or dining on the patio. A gas barbecue grill is provided. There is also a commercial grade ice machine and coolers for use free of charge.     All guests must be at least 21 years of age.  Children are not permitted. - Maximum stay is 28 days.  - Upon booking, guests will receive a link to a short form which must be completed in order to finalize reservation - Smoking is permitted outdoors only and guests must use ashtray provided. - Some amenites are not available during the colder months.  Guests should inquire about availability prior to booking. - Depending on the day or length of stay, guests may see the house manager or landscaper outside the cottage performing maintenance on the lawn, flowers, pool and hot tub. - Ring security cameras are used to monitor the outside of the property. - For those who will be traveling with assistance / service animals, please review the following in the event we find it necessary to request related documentation upon your arrival:  Per the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania: ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE ANIMAL INTEGRITY ACT - ENACTMENT Act of Oct. 24, 2018, P.L. 733, No. 118  Right to request documentation.-A landlord or association that receives a request from a person to make an exception to the landlord's or association's policy prohibiting animals or limiting the size, weight, breed or number of animals on the landlord's property or within property controlled by the association because the person requires the use of an assistance animal or service animal may require the person to produce documentation of the disability and disability-related need for the animal only if the disability or disability-related need is not readily apparent or known to the landlord or, in the case of an association, the executive board of the association.  Hide
