Our house is just 3 miles from Princeton University. It is our home all year round unless it is rented so you will be coming into a house that is 100% lived in. We have designated areas and closets for our guests. You have full run of the house except for the finished attic space, which we use for storage. Easy access to commuting route to Rutgers, TCNJ, Rider, and local pharmaceuticals (Bristol Myers, Janssen, UPenn Hospital). Within 10 minute drive to Princeton Junction NYTransit station. Large home- 3-4 bedrooms, office, exercise area, nice basement, yard is amazing with shade trees, plenty of driveway parking.
