The bright house of 43 m², fully renovated in 2016, consists of a living-dining room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a shower room and a large garden with terrace and outdoor furniture. The house: Day area: - A living-dining room fitted out with a bench convertible into a double bed 160 x 200 cm, two armchairs, a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests, a decorative fireplace and a television. - A separate kitchen with a table and two high stools, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker. You will have direct access to the terrace and garden through a glass door. Night space: - A bright bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and a large closet. - A shower room with an Italian shower, basin, hair dryer and toilet. Outside: - You will have an enclosed garden of about 400 m² surrounding the house, a terrace with a table, two benches, as well as a gravel courtyard at the entrance of the garden. - Large parking lot closed by an electric gate with remote control Neighborhood: This very quiet and pleasant neighborhood is ideally located only a few steps from the sea and the city center where you will find various shops: bakery, butcher, post office, mini-market, boutiques and the market (all year round on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 8am to 1pm). You will also have the choice between the two beaches closest to your accommodation: the beach of Saint-Aubin, lined with villas from the 30s and the beach of Bernières-sur-mer, less frequented but perfect for a bike ride! Activities: Ideally located, you can discover the beautiful beaches of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer for a moment of relaxation or to enjoy the water sports offered by the sailing club of the city. Among these beaches you will find Juno beach (landing of the Canadians) at Courseulles-sur-Mer, moreover if you want to learn more, you can go on an excursion to visit all the sites of the Second World War in Normandy.
