Welcome to our recently renovated modern apartment with a tasteful decoration and very well equipped. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Nazaire, in the immediate vicinity of the Ruban Bleu shopping center, 1 km from the train station (15 minutes on foot) and close to all essential amenities. (Carrefour Market and Vival at 500m, pharmacy, bakery) as well as the large beach and its embankment (15 min walk). The apartment is composed of a very nice closed living room with sofa and armchair as well as a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and dishes: large refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, espresso machine, oven and microwave and has a dining area with 3 high chairs. For the sleeping space our apartment has 3 individual rooms each equipped with a desk with lamp, a wardrobe for the storage of your clothes, and a double bed (160x200) decorated with our hotel quality sheets for your greater comfort. Our bathroom is composed of a large shower, a washbasin and a storage unit for your personal products. The toilets are separate. For your parking you can do it in the street. The accommodation is equipped with WIFI. Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures before 11 am. Arrival and departure times are subject to availability. Please note that once the departure time is set, it cannot be changed. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a member of the Guest Adom concierge team who will be in contact with you, ensure that your stay runs smoothly and hand you the keys to your accommodation. For your convenience, there is a cleaning fee. These include the installation of clean sheets and towels for each guest of hotel quality, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, cotton swab), as well as the cleaning* of the accommodation at your departure. *COVID-19: In order to guarantee your safety and fight against the spread of the virus, we have adopted a strict sanitary charter concerning the cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations and this in accordance with the recommendations made by the health authorities.
