The villas are located in a spectacular landscape, with beautiful views on the Evoiko and Maliako Gulfs, as well as Mt Kallidromo. Arkitsa is a beautiful seaside town in the Fthiotida region. Its port connects the mainland with Edipsos town in North Euboea. Arkitsa is a traditional, well organized holiday centre, offering comforts and a wide range of entertainment choices. The large beaches of Arkitsa are well known for their clear and clean waters, as well as their sand and pebble beaches. Every year, three beaches of Arkitsa are awarded the blue flag: “Livrichio beach”, “Souvala beach” and “Kedros beach”. Next to the village, there are many other smaller, less crowded beaches, which are ideal for fishing and swimming. There are numerous restaurants and tavernas, serving a variety of traditional dishes, seafood and freshly caught fish from Evoikos bay, as well as locally produced wines. The port town of Agios Konstantinos connects the mainland with the Sporades islands (Skiathos, Skopelos, and Alonisos) as well as with Euboea, via scheduled ferry boats and sea dolphins. Kamena Vourla is one of the largest tourist centers on the mainland as well as one of the most well known resorts of natural healing mineral baths. Finally, the short distance to Mt Parnassos makes these holiday villas the ideal, all-year-round, holiday destination. On its southern slopes, at 960m altitude, sits the beautiful traditional village of Arachova. At the base of Mt Parnassos is the National Forest Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site of Delphi, known in ancient times as the “naval of Earth”, and one of the most sacred places on Earth. Mt Parnassos is also the most popular ski resort in Greece. It has two ski centers: the Parnassos Ski Centre composed of Kellaria and Fterolakka, which together make up the largest ski center in Greece, and a smaller ski centre, Gerontovrahos, across a ridge from Kellaria. Today the ski center operates with 14 lifts, a 4-seater cable car, a 4-seater high-speed chair lift, four 3-seaters, one 2-seater chair lift and 6 drag lifts, with a maximum capacity of about 5000 people per hour. The ski center boasts 25 marked ski runs and about 12 ski routes of 30km total length while the longest run is 4km.
