A large, open façade overlooking the private swimming pool, the garden and the house with a tower which is very suitable for anyone looking for a bit more privacy. (tower not suitable for small children!) This recently renovated house has been furnished with a keen eye for detail. There's a well-equipped kitchen, a very spacious dining/living room, and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The tower stands separate from the house and offers 2 bedrooms (via staircase), a small basic kitchen and a bathroom. For the children there is a large garden, a trampoline, a ping-pong table and of course the fantastic swimming pool, where the whole family can gather for some fun. You even have access to a well-maintained tennis court! Step onto the large terrace and enjoy a glass of wine, the BBQ and the view! Your holiday home isn't far from the river Lot, where you can go swimming and canoeing. Villeneuve sur Lot (10 km) is the nearest town, which has all amenities and shops you may need. There are some nice restaurants nearby as well and during the summer months, there are lots of markets and festivals throughout the region. The magnificent Lot et Garonne area has so much to offer that you might find yourself struggling to fit it all in. A real winner from Belvilla!
