The living room, dining room, and kitchen combine to create the central area of the house. Tile floors and modern furnishings give the home a clean-lined appearance, while wood beams add warmth and a touch of tradition. Villa Katerina inspires relaxation and allows its guests to enjoy each other's company in this well-appointed and inviting space. The living and dining area offers ample seating for guests, a television, and a fireplace. Pull back the sheer curtains to enjoy the views of the gardens and pool from the sofa or dining table! If you would rather be outside, enjoy your drinks or meals in the covered outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. Appliances include a microwave, oven, and a full-size refrigerator and stove. The villa's charm extends into the three well-appointed bedrooms. Two of them have a comfortable queen-size bed, and the other has two single beds. One of the bedrooms is in the loft overlooking the living room. There is one spacious, modern bathroom and a ½ bath.
