Here you live peacefully, child-friendly, and close to the sea in a real archipelago idyll, with lots of opportunities for activities and outdoor life, without being disturbed by the city noise and congestion. The island is car-free with frequent ferry traffic to the entertainment city of Gothenburg. With "bathrobe distance" to salty baths, you can start the day with a dip and then sit on the terrace and enjoy a good breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. A perfect home for the small family or company that wants both a genuine archipelago holiday and access to the big city's entertainment. Nature, sea, peace and quiet but also the proximity to the city's entertainment in an unbeatable combination! The cottage consists of an open kitchen / living room with a modern pull-out IKEA sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed at night. Smaller flat screen TV with Canal digital package. Kitchen area with 2 hotplates, separate mini oven, microwave and nice dining area. Steeper ladder up to sleeping loft with two single beds (without legs). Protected patio with outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy your holiday over a good meal. Please note that it is strictly prohibited to have animals in the cabin! Vrångö is primarily known for its beautiful nature and fine sandy beaches. There are several bathing opportunities here and many consider it the archipelago's best bathing island. You can take your morning dip from the pier in the harbor. Otherwise you continue a few hundred meters to the fine sandy beach just south of the ferry terminal. The buildings extend like a belt across the island and both the areas north and south of the buildings are protected nature reserves and there are nice walking trails. Fishing is still an important industry and the fishing fleet consists of six boats. Next to quayside is Andreas Fiskeboa, which is open in summer. There you can buy seafood and fresh fish or sit on the outdoor terrace, which offers simple dishes from the sea. The archipelago boat docks in Mittvik, where the Archipelago's Café & Restaurant is located. Across the island, about 450 m from your home, there is a large modern guest harbor with fishing quay, grocery store and Hamnkrogen Lotsen. The island also has a post office, shop, kiosk, golf course, outdoor gym, soccer field, tennis court, sauna raft and more. Also do not miss the old pilot lookout, where you have a panoramic view of, among other things, Vinga lighthouse, Öckerööarna and the mainland.
