## Space This apartment is a favorite! Refurbished for maximum comfort, it is well laid out and enjoys a clear view from its large terrace. You will enter a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, stove, microwave, etc.), a dining table and a lounge area with a sofa, armchair and flat screen TV. All this in a very bright modern decor. You will have access to a free and unlimited WiFi connection. From the living room, you can access the splendid terrace of 30m2 equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs. It's a chance to enjoy it, the beautiful days are very pleasant from this observatory. On the night side we have two bedrooms with dressing rooms and a bathroom. One with a double bed and one with two single beds (possibility to glue the two single beds together to make a large one of 180cm). We provide the household linen (sheets and towels). We can lend a cot and a baby bathtub on request. About 30 minutes from many castles (Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry.). 35 minutes from the beautiful city of Amboise and its Clos Lucé, the last home of Leonardo da Vinci. ZooParc de Beauval at 45 min. Possible access on foot to all the amenities of the city center of Saint-Avertin (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy.). 10 min by bike from the Honoré de Balzac park and a few steps from the banks of the Cher. Close to the guinguette of Saint-Avertin and to the bicycle path of the Cher which passes at the foot of the apartment. ## Transit 10 minutes by car from the center of Tours. Close to the main roads, avoiding the traffic of the city center. Bicycle path and Fil Bleu bus stop (number 10 and R11) next to the residence. ## Notes No smoking. Animals not accepted.
