The chance to stay in a secluded Gite in the Brittany countryside, with ample space for 6 people The house is situated on the edge of the valley with open views of the countryside without any direct neighbours.Just a few kilometers away there is the Landes de Locarn.Vast expanse in the heart of central Brittany, the departmental natural site of the Locarn moors and the Corong gorges offers us magnificent landscapes. From ridges to valley bottoms, the landscapes alternate between moors, peat bogs and rocky chaos and offer an unforgettable discovery conducive to imagination and contemplation.The Locarn moors form a complex of 350 ha of natural environments. Different types of moors follow one another: high moors with European gorse, short moors with heather, wooded moors as well as peat bogs.Part of the Landes de Locarn is the Gorges du Corong, also very easily accessible just a few km away from the property. The front door leads into the large kitchen/dining room. This room is light and airy and holds a large wooden table and chairs for 6 persons. There are also ample appliances including a microwave and washing machine. From here you walk into a large lounge with again ample seating for 6 people. The lounge area has a wood burner and large TV. Fibre Optic WiFi is available throughout the property.Off the Lounge is a small utility area, which has a door to the outside and leads on to the bathroom. This is a great area to come into, straight from the pool and into the bathroom. The bathroom is a great size with a shower, sink and toilet. From the lounge there are wooden stairs to the upstairs, which has a stair gate fitted securely at the top. To the right is a large bedroom with double bed, hanging wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. From the halfway is the door to the toilet and to the right of this is a bedroom holding two single beds, and bedside tables. Further down the pretty landing is a further bedroom with double bed, hanger for clothes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. At the front and side of the property is a large garden area.There is an ample sized terrace with table, chairs and BBQ. To the left of the property through a gate is the secluded large heated swimming pool. The pool is heated during the summer High Season months and is 5m x 10m. Shallow one end at 1m going up to 2m at the deep end. Linen and towels are provided. For a two-week stay, fresh towels and linen are provided at the start of the second week.
