Parking spaces inside and outside the domain. Bed linen is provided but not towels, remember to take your towels! The house: The single-storey accommodation is composed as follows: Day space: - A living-dining room with a beautiful high ceiling, furnished with a sofa, three armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests as well as an access to the garden. - A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Night space: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed and a desk. - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed and a desk. - Bedroom 3: two single beds with a desk and storage space. - A shower room with a shower, a sink, a hair dryer and a toilet. Exterior: You can enjoy a large enclosed and private garden of 600 m² with garden furniture and a barbecue, located on a private wooded estate with a 30 hectare pond. Nearby: - Châteauroux located at 17,5 km (22 minutes by car) - Gargilesse-Dampierre located at 26.6 km (29 minutes by car) Activities: - Fishing, walking in the park of the domain. Possibility to fish for free, except for carp fishermen (24 hour pass at 25€) - Lake Eguzon at about 40 minutes by car: surrounded by a pleasant and preserved environment, this vast reservoir invites you to relax, with its beaches, and to practice outdoor activities, such as windsurfing, canoeing, boating, water skiing, pedal boats, swimming, rowing or fishing. - Visit of Châteauroux and its different domains, of the Belle-Isle site with its outdoor activities: swimming, canoeing, windsurfing, pedal boat, paddle. - Visit of one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France, Gargilesse-Dampierre with its picturesque lanes and its castle. Transportation: - Car recommended: private parking is available outside the property; inside, 4 vehicles can park. - Lothiers train station located at 10.5 km (13 minutes by car) - 2 mountain bikes can be put at your disposal if needed Neighborhood: The accommodation is located in a breathtaking green setting, the Madagascar estate. Near your accommodation are two cottages with which the park and the pond of three nectars are shared. You will have plenty of time to discover this splendid setting by strolling along the banks of the pond or by going fishing! You will also be able to enjoy a large enclosed and private garden of 600 m² with garden furniture and a barbecue, located on a private wooded estate with a 3 hectare pond.
