Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. A lovely farmhouse on the outskirts of Fagered's idyllic community. The owner lives in the former vicarage. A rural and peaceful accommodation surrounded by a lovely nature. There are nice walking and cycling paths in the area. Only a short drive away is Scandinavia's largest shopping center Gekås in Ullared. In the farmhouse there is the apartment which has a long ramp up to the entrance. In the hall there is a bathroom with a shower straight ahead. To the left is the kitchenette with dining area. The beautiful wood stove can be burned in for both lovely warmth and cozy factor. To the right is the spacious living room combined with the bedroom. The sleeping area shielded with a curtain has two double beds, one of which is 140cm wide. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can provide additional sleeping places. Broadband and free Wifi are available throughout the apartment. The large plot shared with the owner has several lovely and leafy patios with outdoor furniture and barbecue. In one part of the farmhouse, the owners have a gallery for their art. At certain times there may be some visitors. There will also be a lot of active opportunities for the family and children in the form of play and game equipment. Fagered's community is a small but lively urban area that has a fantastic nature. The beautiful bathing area of Hjärtaredssjön is about 5.8 km away. In the area there are several lakes with fine fishing. Ullared is only 4.3 miles away. Here you will find both commercial area and restaurants and activities for the whole family. The area has both bathing areas, activity parks and nice nature reserves. The town of Ätran is 9.5 miles away. There is both a restaurant and a shop. At Lake Eseredsjön in the northern part of the community there is a large leisure area with boat and canoe rental, outdoor pools and in winter very nice ski trails. There is also a larger bathing area. There are several golf courses in the area, most recently Hofgården's beautifully located golf club.
