ED Refnr. 2880568 Three quietly situated, detached holiday houses, welcoming many guests in the south of Brittany These are three detached holiday houses (atraveo nos. 840992, 841014 and 841015), which are all located on the outskirts of Landévant, a little locality in the inland area of southern Brittany. They are surrounded by an extensive garden planted with trees. You can enjoy the benefits of a quiet and central location between the beaches of the Atlantic coast and the inland area. This holiday accommodation is ideal for exploring the region. The generous holiday houses provide accommodation for families or friends to spend their holiday together, or for a trip with colleagues. Cots and highchairs can be borrowed. You are allowed to bring pets. Wireless Internet access is available. All the houses have garden furniture and a grill outside, so you can dine outdoors. It is worth going on trip to larger towns on the coast: Etel (19km), sailing in Lorient and Carnac (each 26km), the artists’ village of Pont-Aven, the inland sea and the picturesque landscape of the Gulf of Morbihan (30km), and on to the island of Groix. You can also go on interesting trips into the inland area to the old village of Poulfetan (14km), where the inhabitants and houses remind you of life in the 16th-18th centuries, the village of Melrand, whose history reaches back to the year 1000, the old town and the castle at Josselin (60km). Detached holiday house with six bedrooms, and two living, dining and cooking spaces, on its own garden site This holiday house is away from the road on the edge of the town, on a garden site with lawns, fruit trees, a terrace and a parking zone. The holiday house comprises 220m² of living space, with a ground floor and upper floor, comprising four double bedrooms, two four-bed rooms, accommodating up to 16 people, along with two bathrooms and two generous rooms with open cooking, dining and living room spaces. You step through the front door into the ground-floor hallway, from which three spacious double bedrooms branch off. The first bedroom has a double bed 160cm wide, the second has a French bed with a mattress 140cm wide, and the third has two single beds (90 x 120cm wide). The ground floor also has a big room facing south, which is pleasantly light due to the big windows. On one side there are is the open kitchen with a dining table, while on the other side there is a cosy lounge area with comfortable furniture for relaxing after a day trip. You can sit on the three-seater sofa and three armchairs, with the TV for entertainment and an open fireplace for pleasant warmth. Eight people can dine together at the dining table in the kitchen. The kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-ring hob with an oven, a double sink, a big fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath, washbasin, WC, washing machine and window. The stairs up from the hallway lead up to the first floor. Halfway up the stairs there is the second bathroom with a bath and shower screen, washbasin, WC and window. There are three bedrooms, of which two each have two double beds (140cm wide) for up to four people, the third has a French bed 140cm wide. The upper floor also has an open living, cooking and dining room, comprising a cosy part with a three-seater sofa and cushioned armchairs, as well as an open kitchen with a four-ring hob and oven, a fridge-freezer, and a dining table for up to six people. The house provides free wireless Internet access and radiators in all the rooms. You can enjoy sociable meals outdoors. The terrace and garden have many outdoor chairs, two garden tables and a grill. Up to four cars can park on the parking area on site. The special feature of this holiday accommodation is that the house is suitable for two acquainted families to spend their holiday together, as the ground and upper floors each ensure independence and privacy.
