The house is situated next to the village of Fleurac with its château, and only a 5-minute drive to Rouffignac which is well-known for its caves but is also a charming village with restaurants, cafés and shops. In a beautiful position at the top of a hill, with magnificent views of the valley. The interior is mainly blue (as can be seen in the pictures) with the decoration and well-equipped kitchen in different shades, making the property very peaceful and relaxing. The property is close to well-known Dordogne sites such as Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Montignac, and well placed for sampling the gastronomic delights of this region.
