The house has an upstairs outside deck off the living rm as well as a back outside deck off the master bedroom.The house is about 600' from the ocean and 600'' from the bay or town. The town has a market with ice cream counter and deli counter. There are two restaurants the Kismet Inn and Surf's out. There is also a boutique, pizza parlor, and liquor store. The Ocean beach is life guarded. Ferries from Bay Shore arrive multiple times a day. Water taxis are also available upon request for reasonable rates.
