You will enjoy its garden of over 3000m² and a breathtaking view of the vineyards and meadows with horses. This idyllic setting is 20 minutes from the historic city center of Bordeaux, allowing you the choice of a real disconnect or quick access to the city. Here is how the house is laid out: - The entrance leads to the upper living room and the dining room, opening onto a large kitchen. - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160cm x 200cm. - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160cm x 200cm. - Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160cm x 200cm. - Bedroom 4: 1 bed 160cm x 200cm. - Office / Bedroom 5: 1 sofa bed 140x190cm with an open bathroom with shower (this room allows access to the lower living room and to the dormitory). - Dormitory / Bedroom 6: 3 beds of 90cm x 200cm (open mezzanine). - The large low living room with 2 convertible sofas (140x190cm) and 1 kitchen area. - A bathroom with double sink, a bathtub and a shower. - Separate toilets. - A laundry room with a washing machine. Outside: - A large unheated 5x11m swimming pool secured by a barrier. - A large terrace with dining table, barbecue and electric plancha. - A ping-pong table.
