Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated studio with its private terrace! This apartment is bright, modern and very well laid out. The studio is located on the garden level, it is very easy to access (no steps or stairs), can accommodate up to 4 people and the WIFI is available. Our accommodation is located in the heart of St Brevins l'Océan in a quiet residence, 100m from the beach, 30m from the market, close to all leisure activities and essential amenities. (supermarket in front of the residence, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, casino.). In the living room, you will find a lounge area with the sofa that converts into a double bed (140x190), the TV and the coffee table; The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and dishes: refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, oven and microwave as well as all the elements necessary for cooking. For the night corner this apartment has a small corner separated by a glass roof and a curtain: with a double bed of 140x200 and a cupboard of arrangement. Our bathroom is composed of a large shower, a basin with two drawers, a washing machine, a dryer, a towel dryer and WC. For your parking you can do it in the street which is free and quiet. Arrivals are from 3 pm and departures before 11 am. Arrival and departure times are subject to availability. Please note that once the departure time is set, it cannot be changed.
