Summary: Hi, I'm Joseph! Welcome to my home. This modern apartment is a short walk from Ottawa's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment in the Byward Market. The unit has a Queen bed, a full kitchen, and a dining area. Its spacious living room has a Queen sofa bed and a 55” smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided. The Space: This studio apartment is brand new, with new furniture, a stocked kitchen, and an upgraded bathroom. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and the benefits of being in such a central downtown location. The Queen bed is very comfortable and the 55" smart TV comes with Netflix. Guest Access: You'll have complete access to the full apartment. The Neighborhood: The apartment is minutes away from the Byward Market, with easy access to all major downtown attractions as well as Ottawa's finest restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and art galleries. Nearby attractions include Parliament Hill, Rideau Center, Rideau Canal, Little Italy, China Town, all of the Museums (Canadian War Museum, National Gallery, Canadian Museum of Nature, Canadian Museum of Science and Technology, Canadian Museum of History, and the Canadian Museum of Space and Aviation), Commissioner's Park, Dows Lake Pavillion, several hiking trails, the waterway (popular for kayaking), and Gatineau. There's also Nordique spa, which is a 20-minute drive in Chelsea, Quebec. It is absolutely beautiful with thermal baths and spas. I'd highly recommend it if you're able to go! Getting Around: There is FREE street parking and the apartment is on a quiet street. Other Things to Note: 1. Pets up to 50lbs ARE WELCOME at our home! The pet fee is $50 per animal. 2. If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip. 3. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fee. 4. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip) 5. We're happy to deliver a High Chair for $5/day ($25 max per trip) 6. The property does not come with phone chargers, HDMI cables, or auxiliary cords, so make sure to bring your own if needed. Interaction with Guests: I'll be available around the clock.
