Le Printemps is a large 3 bedroom Gite, 130m2. Fully centrally heated via radiators fuelled by sustainable woodchip. It has one superking bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite shower, sink and separate toilet. A large open plan seating, dining and kitchen complete the downstairs area. The kitchen is well equipped and provides oven, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large american style fridge freezer with cold water and ice dispenser. A kettle, and toaster is provided together with pod coffee maker. In the seating area is a large flat screen TV with French and English channels. Free wi/fi covers the whole of the Gite. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 superking which can be split into 2 singles and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a reading area with a sofa and one bathroom. This gite has dual access to a shared garden with a river and stream on one side, the courtyard and parking on the other. BBQ's are in the shared gardens for guests use with outdoor furniture. The complex consists of 4 gites with a large shared garden next to the river and the mill stream.
