This fantastic cottage is newly renovated with all the amenities a holiday needs, but with the charm of the cottage completely intact. Newly built large terraces on both sides of the house provide great opportunities to enjoy the Swedish summer outdoors. But the cozy living room and kitchen invite you equally to cozy autumn evenings in front of the fire. The beautifully furnished cottage has a small but well-planned kitchen, which is adjacent to the large living room with dining area. From the living room you can also reach out to the terraces on both sides of the house. On the first floor there is in addition to the kitchen, and living room, bathroom, a bedroom with a 160cm bed as well as the entrance hall with a rather steep staircase up to the second floor. The second floor has lower ceilings and oblique walls but charming rooms that are as beautifully decorated as those on the below vången. In one of the rooms there are 2 pcs. 70 beds that can be moved together to be like a double bed at will, as well as a small room with a 140 bed where either one or two can sleep. A small bedroom with the house best view according to the owners! The house is located in rural surroundings close to the wooded area and invites you to lovely walks all year round. A little over a km from the house is the lake exes that can both swim in and fish for those who are interested. The cottage is located almost exactly between Markaryd and Ljungby, and in both communities you will find shops, cafés and restaurants. In Ljungby there is also an outdoor and indoor bath (outdoors only open in summer) Enjoy your lovely oasis in the Småland countryside but at the same time be close to exploring the area!
