Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. In the scenic surroundings in the middle of Skåne, the cottage is located in its own oasis surrounded by forest and birds chirping. Here, those who want to live uncomplicated and easily surrounded by the owner's permaculture farms on the hilly plot with summer cottages scattered in the surroundings. The owner lives here all year round with his outdoor cat and another tenant on the same plot. The cottage has a spacious living room with sofa, armchair and a stove as well as a dining area and the work kitchen is of a simple but functional standard with a new stove. Refrigerators are available in adjoining rooms and access to freezers in the basement. The sleeping alcove has a 160cm double bed accessible from one side. In the basement there is another bedroom (passage) with 1 single bed. A separate toilet with WC and sink and a newly renovated bathroom with shower corner and washing machine. Bathroom and WC are shared with the plot's permanent tenant and the owner, who uses a separate entrance via the basement from the garden. The house has its own drilled well, outdoor kitchen and an outdoor furniture placed in the grass. There are several cultivation beds on the plot run with inspiration from the permaculture, as well as a couple of natural barbecue areas and a resting place with a hammock. A cozy naturoas but with surrounding cottages. A couple of kilometers from here is Skånes Djurpark, popular for the whole family as well as a bathing palace by Vaxsjön and many hiking trails in the beautiful walking areas offered in the surroundings. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. No TV or wifi available in the house.
