With beautiful views of Lake Duvesjön and close to the Svartedalen nature reserve, fishing, golf, castle walk or sea and coast, you live fantastically well in this house and can enjoy a very wonderful holiday. The house is on two levels overlooking the lake. A cozy terrace at the front with outdoor furniture under the pergola allows you to enjoy even when the dew settles in the evening. Lawn for play and games or a picnic blanket and a book. On the entrance level are two of the bedrooms with TV in both rooms. One of the rooms has a single bed - 120cm and the other room has a modern day bed 90 / 90cm. The house has a travel cot for the youngest traveler. Upstairs you can see the lake from the kitchen at the back of the house. Here you can stand and cook and still keep track of what happens at the bath. Complete combined kitchen with living room and dining area makes it feel airy and cozy. The kitchen has two ovens, a gas stove and a standard induction hob. From the tap you can get both bubbling water or still. Large sofa at an angle to the TV where you can enjoy cozy TV evenings and a warming fire if the weather fails. Chromecast is also available as well as German channels in the TV range. At the dining area there is a balcony with outdoor furniture under the roof if you would rather sit here and have breakfast or supper. Another bedroom is upstairs and this with a double bed - 180cm. There is also its own TV. Bathroom with whirlpool tub for two and sink, toilet, washer and dryer. If you have friends who want to come by with a motorhome, there is plenty of space on the plot for night guests. The area around Romelanda is known for its beautiful plains with meadows, pastures, cows and horses. If you want to ride, Stall-Lysegården is only a couple of kilometers away. Here is also the nearest Golf Course which has both an 18 hole and 9 Pay & play course. A few miles from the house you reach Kungälv and all the offerings both in the center and in their new Galleria - Kongahälla Center. From here it takes only 30 minutes to the sea with Marstrand and Rörtången as popular excursion destinations. If you go the other way, you will be met by Thorskogs Slott where you can have lunch and hear about the history of the area. If you are fishing, there is Svartedalens Naturreserverat with lots of lakes, walking areas and wonderful excursion places. Nearby is the Bohusleden if you like to pack your backpack and go out during a day trip. Sea fishing is within 45 minutes from the cottage. Here you will thrive like a fish in water. Warm welcome!
