These properties lie in 1.5 acres of land mainly laid to lawn, in a rural and peaceful location. There is a stone built covered bbq area for year round cookouts. A small selection of bicycles are available for guests to explore the beautiful countryside. 6 km from the toll free A20 motorway and 3 km from the picturesque and award winning St Benoit du sault. The town has a weekly market, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Chaillac and Eguzon ( short drive ) offer safe and welcoming bathing areas and the latter has a water sports facility.
