In a village of Berry, with shops and ponds, a few minutes from Lake Eguzon, independent house with a courtyard with a pétanque court, a terrace and a small grassy area. On the ground floor: living room with dining area, sofa bed (sleeping arrangements), dining area and fitted kitchen (no oven but microwave / grill) - shower room / wc. Upstairs: open attic bedroom (no door from the stairs) with 2 double beds, office area and access to a small balcony. Electric heating included in the price. Terrace with direct access to the living room and access to the gîte from the courtyard with 3 steps and another to reach in front of the gîte.
