Free parking is available at the property and can accommodate up to three cars. Sheets, towels and a courtesy kit are available to guests. Please kindly respect the natural environment by using the recycling bins provided and not lighting candles due to risk of fire. Please avoid loud noises and music after midnight. A splendid and well-located villa, immersed in the greenery of the olive groves but only a few kilometres from the beautiful beaches of the Ligurian Riviera such as Lavagna and Chiavari. Villa Asia Luce has recently been built and guarantees comfort and privacy. Guests can enjoy a private garden on the ground floor and a panoramic terrace adjacent to the kitchen, which is tastefully furnished to enjoy pleasant meals in an oasis of tranquillity. The kitchen is new, fully equipped and has a large island with snacks. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a queensize bed and a small bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. The sleeping area is completed by a bathroom with a large shower overlooking the greenery and the panoramic terrace. In the villa on the ground floor there is a second service bathroom and the laundry area. The sea at Lavagna and Chiavari are a 10 minute drive from the house; pharmacy, bakery, butcher, grocery store, pastry shop, hardware store, clothing, ATM can all be found 1 minute from home by car or 5 minutes on foot; footpaths for walks in the countryside and "Ciclovia dell'Ardesia" cycle path for mountain bikes.
