## Space Our house is surrounded by 3000m2 of beautiful green spaces, with trees and no vis-à-vis. The opportunity to enjoy a quiet countryside close to Tours and Amboise. Enter your car through the gate and drive gently down our hedged driveway to discover your home. Feel at home for the duration of your stay: the entire accommodation is at your disposal. You will have access to 2 living areas, the kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the first living room, a large sofa, a flat screen TV and a library will liven up the stormy evenings, and a wood stove will add to the cosiness. In the second room you will find a guitar, don't hesitate to reveal the Brassens that sleeps in you. You will benefit from a free and unlimited WiFi internet connection. Our kitchen is fully equipped, no excuse not to prepare gourmet dishes worthy of a chef. For the night our house has 5 bedrooms, all spacious and comfortable. One of them has its own bathroom. Of the remaining 4, 3 have double beds and one has a bunk bed. You will be welcomed by our cuddly toys who will take care of you. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and toilet next to the rooms. Outside we have a barbecue, a swimming pool, tables, chairs and deckchairs: the complete kit to settle comfortably in the open air. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided, we make sure that it is perfectly clean and that it gives off a soft laundry smell. The house itself is fully cleaned before your arrival, especially with the sanitary situation. ## Access You can park your car in the garden. Ideal for a bucolic walk or bike ride. We are located 5 minutes from the beautiful city of Amboise, a must see! Let yourself be seduced by the historical city which opens its doors on its royal castle and on the Clos Lucé, last residence of the famous Leonardo da Vinci. Various adventures are possible: visiting the castles of the Loire Valley (Chenonceau, Chaumont, Blois, Chambord.), canoeing, hot air ballooning above the Chenonceau castle, horseback riding. And only 50 minutes away, the ZooParc de Beauval, 4th most beautiful zoo in the world! A 5 min drive will take you to Amboise where you will find all the shops you need: grocery stores offering local products, a pharmacy, bakeries, a tobacconist, restaurants. ## Transit The house is a 17-minute drive from the highway exit, 20 minutes from Tours and 5 minutes from Amboise. ## Notes No smoking.
