Our newly renovated village house is located 15 minutes from the nearest beach and close to famous sights and beaches of Western Crete. It is fully equipped and ideal for seven friends or family members. Our home features a spacious roofed terrace for unique outdoor moments! This is a lovely 90m2 home with a spacious terrace, fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 7 people. The flat is situated in the village of Voukolies just 25 minutes from the center of Chania and a 10min drive from the nearest beaches of Tavronitis or Maleme. It offers one double (or twin) bedroom while five more persons can be accommodated: a) in the living room mezzanine, b)in the living room sofa that turns into an extra double bed and c) in one more sofa that turns into a single bed. A newly renovated bathroom with shower cabin and washer is also available. The flat features a modern and fully functional kitchen with dishwasher to prepare any meal of the day. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and TV. Wintertime visitors can enjoy the coziness of the fireplace. In the village you can find some shops like mini market, baker’s and butcher’s, pharmacy as well as a couple of cafe restaurants. A taxi service and a bus service are also available offering daily and regular routes to Chania and the greater area. At a 10 min drive, the town of Kolymbari has a beautiful seaside promenade, with plenty of restaurants famous for their fresh fish and local cuisine as well as cafes and beach bars. A wider choice of shops and services is also offered in Kolymbari or in the nearby town of Platanias and Agia Marina which are popular summer resorts. The nearest beaches are either Tavronitis beach or Maleme beach. Additionally, the greater area is famous for the crystal clear sandy beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonisi, located just a short driving distance away. Half an hour away from central Chania and the cosmopolitan Venetian harbour. Last but not least, if you are looking for some family fun Limnoupolis Water park is also just 26 min away.
